This is the FIRST STEP to optimal health, according to NASA.


All the tips, supplements, and 3 things to avoid in the daily emails you receive about getting in shape and losing weight can sound interesting. A persistent myth suggests that you may have the body and health you want right away by using some strange method, hard-to-find supplement ingredient, or strange diet.
