We need balance in our lives if we are to properly serve Christ. We cannot work for the Lord at full speed without taking breaks or finding other activities to engage in. We need to balance the gravity of our purpose with healthy leisure.
It is crucial that we work diligently for the Lord. However, there are moments when we become so consumed with our work and hobbies that we run out of energy and start to lose perspective. As our Lord counselled the disciples, we must take time to relax.
