I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content. — Philippians 4:11

A lot of people resemble that elderly cow. They believe that the "grass is always greener on the other side of the fence." They never stop grabbing, desiring, and trying to get their hands on things that are not theirs. What a wretched bunch they are! What foolishness discontentment is!

The greatest blessings in life are already yours if you identify as a Christian. Your home is in heaven, and your father is God. Heb. 13:5 states that He will never abandon you, and Phil. 4:19 states that He will meet all of your needs. So be content and offer God thanks for everything He has given you. With that kind of mentality, you will come to realise how beautiful the grass is on your side of the fence. This is a lesson.

Even when they receive much more, the majority of individuals aren't happy with their situation. With You to lead and care for me, I would be peaceful and comfortable, knowing that all of my needs would be met. My joy is this: Not one little need will You forget!
