Relaxing and fully trusting in God will bring about immense blessings and fresh vigor for those who know Christ and are living in relationship with Him. This keeps them from becoming overly stressed. They can confidently declare, "Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You" (56:3), just like the psalmist did.
Sit down and study some Scripture when life is hectic and it seems like everything is about to "fall apart." Tell the heavenly Father about your worries and give them to Him when you quiet your heart in prayer. When you resume where you left off, you'll be able to overcome your challenges knowing that He will guide you and give you the strength you need for every endeavor.
You won't have anything to worry about if you give God your problems. It's only a matter of believing Jesus every day, through turbulent waters, and even when my faith is weak.
