Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. — Colossians 3:2

Feasts of wickedness, corruption, and immorality seem to be what some people crave the most. The publications they read, the television shows they watch, the conversations they have, and the pursuits they make.

The spiritual diet that the Bible recommends is infinitely superior: "Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—mediate on these things" (Phil. 4:8).

What sort of "food" are you a fan of?  Instead, "desire the pure milk of the word, as newborn babes, that you may grow thereby" (1 Peter 2:2). A new diet is necessary since giving birth produces a new appetite.

O child of God, keep your eyes well-protected from anything that could stain your heart;

Your Father wants you to be set aside, so give up the things that pollute your thinking.
