The need to learn about Jesus Christ and His gift of salvation is even more pressing for many people in our community. There are others who long for our attention and outreach. When a good deed is performed in Jesus' name, people will respond. Others might need to be gently coaxed into accepting the offer of salvation. However, none of them will respond if we do not make an attempt to reach out to them and recognise their need for Christ.
In Col. 4:3, Paul prayed for an opening to share the gospel. If we follow suit, we will encounter sincere seekers of spiritual guidance everywhere. Let's demonstrate to them that we don't see them by what we say and do.
Do you view the needy world through Jesus' eyes? Help me to love, to pray, and to travel in order to draw the wandering in. Help me to see the awful predicament Of souls far off in sin.
