In life, there are many times when we wish we could see what is coming next. Then we could manage it, prevent it, or get ready for it.
Though humans can't see around corners, God can, a wise person once said. What a vast improvement and assurance that is!
We started discussing other things we wanted to see but couldn't, like tomorrow. We lamented the fact that we couldn't check on tomorrow to see if everything was as we had hoped. Opening a partially cooked egg or interfering with tomorrow before it's time would ruin both today and tomorrow.
We can live by faith one day at a time because Jesus has promised to take care of us every day, even tomorrow (Mt. 6:33–34).
