Roads. They are all over. Crossing the countryside, leading us in the direction we desire. Motorways. Avenues. road tolls. Boulevards.
We are now travelling on yet another kind of road that leads to previously unexplored territory. The "information superhighway," as it is known, promises to provide a path to learning and discovery. We may access large libraries of fresh material through computer connections.
We travel to actual locations on roads made of asphalt and concrete. Computer roads lead us to informational destinations that can inform, enlighten, and amuse us. Numerous roads. Each of the choices. all of those options.
However, the sole real superhighway—the narrow way—cannot be compared to any other road, highway, or computer network.
Jesus described this method to us in Matthew 7. It is difficult to access, has a little entrance, and is less congested than the wide path that leads to devastation. Jesus was discussing the course we follow when we place our faith in Him. He was discussing the path to heaven.
Are you driving on that road? God's road is the only one that leads to eternal life among all the courses we can choose in life.
The route taken by fools is well-traveled. Oh, decide now on the road to salvation and enter through the narrow gate!
Come today while the Saviour is calling; it might be too late tomorrow!
