Enoch walked with God. — Genesis 5:22

 What would you say your spiritual life is like? Is it characterized by consistent progress as you walk in community with Jesus and gain knowledge from Him every day? Or is it more like a roller coaster ride that goes up and down, with intense periods and then periods of indifference? 

Would someone who was watching our lives describe our discipleship as "fits and starts" or as "a stream from a living spring"? Could we claim to have "walked with God" like Enoch did? (Gen. 5:22).

Let's start a steady stroll with our Lord in prayer if our discipleship has felt like a roller coaster. 

Discipline is needed for discipleship. Please, Jesus, take hold of my heart and hands and grant me this so that I may become more and more like You each day via Your lovely love.
