That is just too broad! But those of us who follow Jesus Christ frequently oversimplify the definition. The only people we refer to as "real Christians" are those who have the same beliefs and practices of worship as us.
Undoubtedly, good doctrine is essential! There can be no debate over the tenets of the faith. But one who relies solely on God's grace and places his faith in Christ as his only means of salvation is a "real Christian" in the eyes of the world.
Because they follow an unusual Christ, believers have a lot in common with one another. Don't turn your back on true Christians—brothers and sisters who have accepted Jesus' substitutionary death for sin.
Don't turn away someone who has been accepted by God. God accepts repentant souls because
who put their trust in His Son,
We must accept and love them as well.
Because we are one in Christ.
