Proverbs 3:27's warning to keep oneself free of the guilt of withholding good must serve as our inspiration. Even more, we should be inspired to obey Jesus Christ out of gratitude. And joy comes from obedience, the Savior teaches us (John 15:10–11).
Christians deliver a message that fills our spirits with the heavenly harmonies. In Mark 16:15, our Lord entrusted us the assignment to spread that word to everyone, everywhere. Are we imprisoning the beautiful melodies of redeeming grace within ourselves, or are we willingly allowing them to resound through our words and deeds?
Obeying is a result of joy. O you who trust in Jesus, Redeemed at incalculable cost, Do you share Christ with others and try to win the unconverted?
