Even though it may seem elementary, Satan uses a similar trick to divert Christians, and it works. He only needs to divert our attention in order to get us engaged in activities other than those that honour or serve God.
To constantly "looking unto Jesus" is one of the objectives we should strive towards as we live for the Lord (Heb. 12:2). When we turn our gaze away from Jesus to judge others, we are not looking at Jesus. When we allow little problems to disturb us, we turn away. When we disobey His Word, we turn away.
The main diverter is Satan. Let's disregard his advice and focus on Jesus instead. When we do, it will be simpler for us to live in a way that exalts God. That way, we won't be carrying out Satan's will (2 Timothy 2:26).
The strength of the Saviour is greater than Satan's schemes. You can overcome sin and its shame if you only look to Jesus; His name has strength.
The triumph is yours if you put your faith in the Saviour; the adversary cannot damage you or make you sin.
