Strong solar rays might be harmful to some people. They can have a condition like lupus or be allergic to the sun. These folks experience a visible and uncomfortable reaction if they are exposed to direct sunlight for an extended amount of time.
They cover their arms, legs, and necks with garments, and they wear hats with wide brims. To protect exposed skin areas, they apply the strongest sunscreen they can. They also spend the noontime in the shade.
Christians also require spiritual defence against the demonic world order. Satan, its master, constantly barrages us with pressures and temptations that, if we succumb to them, would tarnish our witness and cause us to walk away from the Lord.
We have all the protection we require from God. He is the barrier between us and the foe. According to Psalm 144:1-2, he is our refuge and shield. But in order to put this protection into practise, we must rely on the power of the Holy Spirit, pray, read and meditate on the Bible, have faith, think rightly, and fellowship with other Christians. These practises will prevent the outside world from reaching us.
God really is our defender and protection.
According to 1 John 4:4, "He who is in you is greater than He who is in the world." God's armies congregate around the homes of the righteous; He provides protection for everyone who puts their faith in His name.
