Instead, He sent His only Son to suffer for our sins because He loved this world that much. Additionally, according to John 3:16, anybody who trusts in Jesus will not die but instead get eternal life.
Some people go to dumps to look for items they can salvage and repair. God is said to have mercy on human castaways in Psalm 113. He looks for means to extricate them from the ruin of sin and death and to place them in a position of honour and dignity (vv. 7-8).
If that is God's attitude to the castaways of this world, then we ought to adopt it. Even if we were also raised to new life after being raised from the depths of sin. God exclaims, "No dumping allowed!" in reference to sinners.
To free us from our sin, Christ was lifted up on the cross. Jesus came in mercy and loving kindness to redeem my spirit, and by His grace, He raised me out of the depths of sin and shame.
