The most powerful tool Christians have in their toolbox of virtues is undoubtedly kindness. However, even if it does not result in a reconciliation, as it did with those two employees, it is still the appropriate course of action. We are to imitate Christ no matter how we are treated (Eph. 4:32).
Oh, for the ability to love others as much as God has loved us for Christ's sake!
